Money in Motion does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. All content and tools are for informational and organisational purposes only. You are responsible for the financial decisions you make. If you require personalised advice, you should speak to a qualified financial professional.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter
Keeping your device secure
Maintaining access to your email if you enable account sync
We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect data entry or financial decisions.

We aim to provide a reliable service. However, we do not guarantee that:
The app will always be available
It will be free from bugs
It will meet your specific needs
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money in Motion Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your local data within the app. If you have created an account and wish to delete your cloud data, email support@moneyinmotion.org from the email address used to sign in.
